i'm pretty sure a portuguese invented that one. the portuguese language might have a lot of sounds that spanish, italian, english or french don't have, but when it comes to slavic languages it's a whole different story.
portuguese! enjoy your phonetic domain in the latin languages but please be humble when the business is more to the east.
it could be just me, but i don't think so. the ammount of consonants these people can say in 2 seconds is amazing, and i can only think about the "ão" sound to make them feel angry at themselves for not being able to say it right. like i feel every time i see "zmrzlina" on the street!
